1. Production preparation

1.1 operators should wear labor protection articles.

1.2 check all kinds of records and handle handover procedures.

1.3 check whether the working equipment used is complete, check and tighten the screws on each fixture.

1.4 check whether the parts to be produced conform to the parts handover agreement.

1.5 turn on the ventilator and rectifier and pay attention to the operation.

1.6 close the main power switch of the control cabinet, and switch 1# pump, 2# pump, 3# pump, 4# pump and spray pump to "off" respectively; Switch to "on" for plating tank circulating pump.

1.7 open the main steam valve, compressed air valve and water valve. Add the liquid level of oil removal tank and water washing tank according to the process requirements. Open the valve of the spray tank next to the chrome mist recovery device and fill the aqueduct level with the water in the spray tank until the process requirements. Check other tank level according to process requirements.

1.8 open the heating device on the control cabinet and add the temperature of each tank to the process requirements.
